World of Engineering operates under verified quality control procedures. All mechanical piping, structural plates, and pressure valves go through mandatory vetting before warehouse packaging and dispatch.

1. Material Testing Verification

We require 3rd party independent testing agencies (such as Bureau Veritas, SGS, or TÜV) to witness manufacturing runs. Material test certificates (MTC) are aligned to EN 10204 Type 3.2, which verifies chemical analysis, impact tests, and tensile performance directly under production heats.

For downstream plants containing corrosive sour gas, all metal pipe runs, fittings, and valve bodies meet the limits set by NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. Hardness levels are held below HRC 22, and heat treatments (Normalizing/Tempering) are documented to eliminate hydrogen-induced cracking risks.
